GYA351 is a single-axis AVCS rate gyro exclusively for managing an aileron and is capable manage a dual-servo flaperon. This gyro works even while the air-brake is operated.

AVCS or Angular Velocity Control System is equivalent to 'heading hold', except it utilises a gyro sensor that's more accurate much less vunerable to vibration than main-stream gyros. It constantly provides control signals on servo, even when the axis is not going, for incredibly low heat drift and more good control for hovering and flying in crosswinds.
