The Tamiya 24069 model captures the second-generation Honda City GG at 1/24 scale, representing the compact, low-profile look that made the car popular in the late 1980s. The kit focuses on accurate external form and period character.
Introduced in October 1986, the Honda City GG featured a 1,237cc SOHC engine producing about 76hp, giving the small car lively performance for its class. Its suspension layout of MacPherson struts up front and a rigid torsion beam at the rear contributed to composed handling, aspects that the scale model references.
This Tamiya kit uses Snap-Loc assembly so you can build without cement, and comes with synthetic rubber tyres showing realistic tread. Decals and metallic stickers are included to accurately depict lighting and small trim details on completion.
