Race-Style Lancer Evo VI Shell by Tamiya 50862

The Tamiya 50862 Lancer Evo VI WRC Body Kit delivers a true-to-form 1/10 scale rally shell for hobbyists and club racers. It fits Tamiya TA03F, TA03R, TL-01 and TB-01 chassis and works well as a replacement or an aesthetic upgrade to your car.

Ready for Painting and Detailing

This clear polycarbonate body comes with factory cutting lines and a protective outer film so you can trim and mask without scuffs. Two peel-off decal sheets add lights and trim details, while the white plastic rear wing, mirrors and intake provide authentic styling parts.

Everything Included for Installation

Window masking decals and a detailed Tamiya painting and installation guide are included to simplify the build. A small bag of mounting hardware and hold-down pins is provided for secure attachment. You will need polycarbonate paint to coat the interior and choose your final colours.

How do I attach the body to my chassis?

Use the supplied hold-down pins and mounting hardware. Position the body on your chassis to mark post locations, then trim as required before final drilling and fitting.

Are window masks provided?

Yes, a window masking decal sheet is included to help you mask and protect glass areas when painting the interior with polycarbonate paint.

What type of paint is required for best results?

This shell requires polycarbonate paint applied to the inside. Standard model enamels and lacquers are not suitable for polycarbonate shells and may not adhere properly.
