That is a Hop-Up Light Kit the Tamiya Juggernaut.

FEATURES:

These lights are for Head Lights (one left and one right) and Fog Lamps. The bulbs are clear and install behind the contacts exactly like a real car/truck

INCLUDES:

One Light Set: headlight and fog lights, light cable (that operates to the bed of truck) and plug (to plug into connector cable).
One change Cable: Connects the switch to the lamps also links the switch to your battery also to the relay cable
One Relay Cable: links towards switch cable
Seven bolts(2x6mm): For mounting cable holder
