Memorial Box Tamiya 94547 Dash Collection

The Tamiya 94547 - Racer Mini 4WD Memorial Box Vol. 1 collects five classic Dash series cars: Dash 1 Emperor, Dash 2 Burning Sun, Dash 3 Shooting Star, Cannonball and Dash 5 Dancing Doll. Each model uses injection-moulded plastic body shells, comes with rubber tyres and a set of stickers for detailed finishing.

Designed for straightforward assembly, these kits snap together without glue. Motors are provided, however 2 AA batteries and basic tools like a screwdriver, plastic side cutters and a modelling knife are required but not included.

Primarily presented as a display set, the memorial box offers a nostalgic showcase of the Dash line and is complemented by a bonus Mini 4WD Fighter Figure included in the package.

Will these arrive ready to run out of the box?

They arrive as snap-fit kits with motors fitted, but batteries are not supplied. You will need to install 2 AA batteries and perform basic final assembly before running.

What assembly skills or tools are recommended?

No advanced skills are needed thanks to the snap-fit design, but a screwdriver, side cutters for trimming plastic sprues and a modelling knife will make the build cleaner and quicker.

Is this set meant more for display or track use?

The set is curated for collectors and display, though the included motors allow the cars to be run; collectors often reserve these for display due to their nostalgic value.
