This axle is subjected to a precise heat treatment process to raise hardness and increase fatigue resistance. The result is reduced wear over time and a component that stands up to regular race-day demands.

Can I use the XRAY 365240 on off-road cars?

The XRAY 365240 is primarily intended for 1/10 scale on-road front assemblies. Off-road use may be possible but check suspension geometry and loading conditions before fitting.

How do I check axle straightness?

Spin the axle in a set of bearings or a lathe with a dial indicator to look for runout. Even small bends can cause steering inconsistency and should prompt replacement.

Is special tooling required to fit this axle?

Standard hobby tools and a torque driver are normally sufficient. Take care when pressing bearings and avoid hammering directly on the axle to protect the hand-ground finish.
