Yokomo Y2-304SA Mount for Cooler Motor Temperatures

The Yokomo Y2-304SA aluminium motor mount is made for the YD-2S chassis family and helps manage motor heat during heavy drift sessions. Its aluminium heatsink form improves heat transfer away from the motor so running temps stay lower.

Accurate Weight Balance Options

This mount gives seven distinct motor mounting positions so you can tweak the vehicle centre to match driving style and track demands. Small adjustments let you find the right balance between rotation and stability.

Ready for a 30mm Fan

A supplied stay accepts a 30mm square cooling fan to boost airflow over the mount. The fan is not included, but fitting one will help prevent overheating on longer runs.

For YD-2S models listed it fits directly, but if your chassis has aftermarket modifications you should check clearances and fastener compatibility before fitting.
The heatsink design and optional fan reduce heat buildup, which lowers the chance of thermal-related power loss, though results depend on motor and run conditions.
Shifting the motor rearwards usually increases rear bias and rotation. Move in small steps and trial each setting to find the sweet spot for your car.
