Can the YS-7SA be used with foam bumpers or guards?

Yes, foam or plastic guards that contact the shock body do not affect the O-ring. Ensure guards do not pinch the seal or introduce dirt into the shock.

Is the material resistant to common shock oils?

Will fitting new O-rings change damping feel?
