Clear Polycarbonate Drift Body Notes

This Kyosho FAB716 body is a 1/10 scale clear polycarbonate shell made for RC applications, keeping the proportional lines of the licensed TOYOTA TUNDRA wide body. It is supplied non-decorated so owners can mask, paint, and detail the shell to suit their build objectives.

The kit includes the clear shell along with accessory parts, decal sheets, and masking sheets to aid painting and trimming. Integrated light buckets are prepared to accept the separately sold LED Light Unit series (97054), with two headlight positions and four tail light positions cast into the shell.

Dimensions for fitment are specified: wheelbase 274 mm, finished body footprint roughly 452 x 192 x 122 mm (mirrors excluded). The shell is specified for FAZER Mk2 series FZ02 chassis compatibility and works well where a wide body profile is desired for stance and tuning adjustments.

Compatible Models

  • FAZER Mk2 FZ02 chassis
Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Use wheel spacing and suspension setup on your FAZER Mk2 FZ02 to dial stance; trim the inner wheel arches as needed for larger wheels and test-fit with the 274 mm wheelbase to achieve the desired look.
As a wide body shell, it changes contact patch clearance and wheel tuck options; while primarily a cosmetic part, its shape can influence airflow around the model at speed, so check cooling and clearance when finalising setup.
Yes, most builders trim inner guards and fender lips to clear wider tyres or different offsets. Always test-fit wheels and adjust progressively to avoid cutting too much at once.
