Order Terms
When you place an order on our online shop, it will go through several stages. The following are the possible statuses of your order:
- Pending: Your order has been received but not yet processed. This status indicates that your order was placed after our order cut-off time and will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing: Your payment has been confirmed, and we are in the process of preparing your order. This includes picking and packing the items.
- On Hold: Your order has been temporarily paused. This may be due to various reasons such as awaiting further information from you or verification issues. We will contact you if additional action is required from you.
- Sent: Your order has been shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information accordingly.
- Waiting Restock: Your order includes items that are currently out of stock. We are waiting for these items to be restocked before we can complete your order. You will be notified once the items are back in stock and your order is ready to be processed.
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. This can happen if you requested a cancellation, payment was not received, or there was an issue with the order that could not be resolved.

Order Acceptance and Quantity Limitations
The products and pricing displayed on the website constitute an invitation to treat only. Placing an order and making a payment represents an offer by you to purchase the products. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, or to limit the quantity of items purchased per order. This includes, but is not limited to, scenarios involving product stock shortage, pricing errors, promotional quota limits, or system anomalies.
Insufficient Quantity and Stock Shortage Refund Policy
If we are unable to supply all or part of your ordered products due to insufficient stock, supply chain delays, or any other reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the affected part of your order. Under such circumstances, we will arrange a refund for the actual amount paid for the affected (unfulfilled) items to your original payment method.
Limitation and Exclusion of Other Liabilities
You expressly agree and accept that our sole liability in the event of a stock shortage or insufficient quantity is strictly limited to refunding the amount already paid for the affected products. We shall not bear any further express or implied legal liabilities to the buyer due to the failure to fulfill all or part of the order, delivery delays, or order cancellations. We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the buyer, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, loss of time, damage to goodwill, or any consequential economic losses.
