This 1/12 scale plastic assembly kit reproduces the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP in a commemorative 30th anniversary livery, designed for modellers focused on finish and presentation.
The production Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP was launched with a clear emphasis on track-capable performance while retaining road use. It builds on the Fireblade heritage as a high-performance superbike line, incorporating aerodynamic bodywork, rider electronic aids, and a powerful inline four-cylinder engine. The SP model places extra emphasis on chassis and suspension tuning to improve responsiveness and stability for spirited riding.
Construction follows established scale-kit methods with multiple subassemblies and display options. The kit supplies accurately formed side cowls with molded winglet detail and a removable fuel-tank cover plus lower cowl components that can be removed for inspection or alternative display. Major assemblies such as the engine, swing arm, front fork, and muffler are attached to the frame with screws to allow firm assembly and future access. Builders can choose to assemble the pillion seat or fit the single-seat cowl. Tyres are made of synthetic rubber with moulded tread. Metal-look transfers and Cartograf water-slide decals are included to recreate the tricolour livery. A racing-style stand and masking stickers are supplied. Assembly requires standard modelling cement, paints and finishing supplies.
A well-detailed 1/12 scale kit aimed at modellers who want to focus on paint and finish; removable panels and premium decal sheets make it straightforward to obtain an accurate presentation.
