Blank 1969 Camaro Z/28 Body for 200mm Touring Cars

The Kyosho 39217B clear body is an unpainted, non-decoration shell built for 200mm width touring setups that use a 260mm wheelbase. The sculpted profile reproduces the 1969 Chevy Camaro Z/28 at model scale and is supplied clear to enable bespoke paint and trim work.

Light buckets are supplied to accept optional lamps, and the bodyshell can be wired for LEDs when fitted with compatible LED components and harnesses sold separately. It is prepared for hobby trimming and mounting onto compatible chassis such as Fazer MK2 and FW06.

Yes. The included light buckets make fitting LEDs straightforward, but you will need to supply compatible LED modules and route wiring through drilled holes or slots.
Use polycarbonate paints and thin coats, masking off windows and buckets first. Allow proper drying between coats to avoid runs on the clear plastic.
A sharp body knife, straight edge and fine files are recommended for clean edges; sanding the cut areas lightly helps paint adhesion later.
Padding and small brackets help secure LEDs and prevent vibration; fit these before final wiring and mounting to maintain neat internal routing.
