The Hirobo HI2506046 flat washer is a purpose-made 3 x 20 x 1T plastic washer (KDC-B) for general helicopter use. It acts as a spacer and helps distribute load across mating surfaces while keeping assembly profiles slim.

When placed between secured parts the washer prevents direct plastic-on-plastic contact, assists in centering shafts and screws, and supports alignment during maintenance. Although the plastic material reduces metal-on-metal abrasion, it can compress under very high clamp forces, so it is best applied in lighter fastening scenarios.

Fitment advice: slide the washer over the mating shaft or screw until it sits flush, and avoid excessive torque that could deform the washer.
