Race-Grade Motor Mount for the T4'18 Platform

The XRAY 303003-O T4'18 Aluminum Motor Mount Plate is a race-focused upgrade that brings precise flex control to the chassis. Swiss 7075 T6 material keeps the part light while providing reliable rigidity under load.

Multiple Rear Positions for Setup Variety

The plate is CNC machined with extra rearmost holes so drivers can switch motor positions to affect traction and drive feel. It mounts with an M3 nut and can be locked down with an optional countersunk screw to reduce play. Removing the nut exposes four more holes for alternate flex settings.

Engineered to Reduce Tweak and Improve Response

Integration with the in-line chassis flex system enhances steering precision and mid-corner behaviour. The bulkhead connection uses two screws under the layshaft plus a front button-head screw to lower tweak compared to usual countersunk assemblies.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Yes. The plate is compatible with standard brushless motor positions used on the T4 2018. Ensure motor mount spacing and pinion alignment are checked after installation.
The plate itself is lightweight, but different motor positions can influence weight distribution and handling. Small adjustments to battery placement or shock settings can compensate.
The coloured anodising gives surface protection and looks good under race use, though hard impacts can still scratch the finish. It does not affect mechanical mounting dimensions.
Use moderate torque to avoid stripping the M3 nut or deforming the chassis. Tighten incrementally and check for smooth layshaft rotation and belt tension.
Expect finer control over traction and corner behaviour as you experiment with motor positions and flex holes. Results depend on track surface and overall car setup.
