The XRAY 322290 Graphite Steering Block Extension is a precision 2.5mm, two-slot component that helps you tune Ackermann for better corner balance. Crafted from stiff graphite material, it reduces the tendency for the outer wheel to bite into the corner, improving predictability at entry and mid corner. Supplied as a matched pair, the set lets you adjust both sides for consistent handling across the front end.

Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.

Can I use these on both front uprights?

Yes, the kit contains two matching extensions so you can install them on both front uprights to keep steering geometry even.

Will this affect steering throw or servo load?

The extension changes the effective Ackermann but does not directly increase servo load; however, altered geometry can slightly change steering forces at full lock depending on your setup.

Any recommended setup steps after fitting?

After fitting, recheck wheel alignment and steering end points, then run progressive tests to find the balance that suits your track and tyre combo.
