The roll bar body is CNC-machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium to combine toughness with engineered flex, and the anti-roll bar blades are produced from Hudy Spring Steel to withstand repeated load cycles.

This unit features two blades that can be locked into different positions using accessible setscrews, allowing rapid changes to rear stiffness. Ball bearings located in the rear bulkheads support the blades and ensure dependable, low-resistance movement under race conditions.
