Engineered Housings for Tight Fit

Composite housings are rubber-sealed and precision-ground after molding to secure proper alignment and reduce drivetrain lash. The pressed steel differential gears are machined and heat treated to keep engagement smooth and dependable.

High-Tolerance Bevels and Hardened Drives

This assembly includes 42-tooth large external bevel gears made from HUDY steel that are precision machined for accurate tooth profiles. Differential outdrives formed from HUDY Spring Steel are precision ground and heat treated to extend service life.
