These XRAY 355162 adapters are machined on precision German long-turn machines to achieve consistent geometry and finish. The result is lower mass compared with the standard #355161 outdrives and improved responsiveness under acceleration and steering inputs.

Heat Treat and Hand Finish for Reliability

Adapters are hardened and ground with a finishing pass to ensure a precise interface with the diff body and gears. Supplied as a pair for the #355102 XB808 front gear active differential, they lower rotating inertia without giving up strength.
