Big-bore front shocks tuned for XB808 performance

The XRAY 358103 - XB808 Big-Bore Front Shock Absorbers Kit upgrades the front end of your XB808 with a full parts set. The package contains everything to build two front shocks and includes protective soft rubber folding boots.

Design details for accurate tuning

Built around an 18.5mm outer diameter, the externally threaded shock bodies use adjustable collars to fine tune downstop. Hard-coated bodies and new one-piece aluminium caps add durability. Inside, the 15.3mm bore supports steady oil flow and round composite pistons provide uniform damping.

Improved oil control and sealing

Bigger shock membranes and upgraded materials help keep damping consistent between heats. The lower assembly reduces oil leakage while allowing free rod movement with quality silicone O-rings and composite shims under the lower aluminium cap.

Strong components for big landings

Shock shafts are precision-made from high-tensile steel at 3.5mm diameter for robust operation on rough tracks. The aluminium lower cap includes a boot groove that makes fitting and removal of the protective rubber boot straightforward.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
They are intended as direct front upgrades for the XB808. Check that your shock length and mount spacing match before swapping into a different model.
Expect a firmer, more controlled front end with smoother damping through repeated impacts, which helps with stability at higher corner speeds.
Keep the boots clean, replace damaged O-rings, and change oil when performance drops. Check shafts and caps after heavy crashes to prevent long term wear.
