Shaft service and fit guide

This compact service kit supplies a 3mm replacement shaft for S-2208 series outrunner motors used in RC models. It provides a direct-fit shaft to restore axial alignment and reduce vibration caused by a worn or bent shaft.

Installation is performed at the motor level: remove the end bell, withdraw the existing shaft, fit the new shaft while checking bearing seating and endplay, then reassemble. Apply care when pressing bearings and verify free rotation on the bench before refitting the motor to the chassis.
