Component Overview

The M07-11 graphite upper bumper is an RC-scale replacement designed for use on the TAMIYA M07 chassis. Made from graphite, the component aims to offer a compromise of lower weight and greater torsional stiffness when compared to original plastic parts.

Installing the bumper is simple for anyone familiar with the M07 layout: it mounts to the upper front bumper location and generally uses the chassis' supplied mounting points and existing hardware. The part is supplied as a single item to swap in for the stock upper bumper.

Adding graphite at the upper mount affects front-end behaviour by increasing stiffness and cutting mass at that plane. That can quicken steering response and change roll characteristics, so update spring and damper settings as needed. This product is intended solely for scale RC tuning and replacement use.
