O-ring Replacement Pack

The YS Engine YSS1017 back plate O-ring kit offers a supply of nitrile sealing rings made for back plate interfaces on RC glow engines. The bulk pack is intended to support normal maintenance cycles and engine rebuilds.

Notes for use: these O-rings serve as seals at the back plate to help keep crankcase pressure stable and to prevent fuel or crankcase leaks that can upset idle and throttle behaviour. They are standard maintenance consumables and are not performance upgrades.

Fitting advice: inspect old seals for flattening or cracks prior to removal, apply a light coat of compatible oil to new O-rings before seating, and ensure the mating faces are clean and free of debris to prevent pinching or premature wear.
