63.5mm centre universal bone (front centre drive)

This 63.5mm centre universal bone is intended for the front side of the centre drive on the YZ-4SF chassis. Fabricated from aluminium with a 70-75 hardness rating, it is presented as a lighter alternative to standard steel components in RC scale use. Its role is concentrated on the centre drive path where reduced rotating mass can influence throttle response and runtime.

The item is supplied as a single-piece pack. When replacing the stock centre link, verify fitment on the YZ-4SF and inspect the mating interfaces for appropriate clearance and engagement. The geometry and materials are chosen to balance durability with lower inertia rather than to provide extra structural reinforcement beyond typical RC accessory expectations.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
By lowering rotating mass, the joint can sharpen throttle response and slightly improve run time. Handling changes are minimal, but drivers may notice a crisper feel under acceleration.
Aluminium reduces inertia but wears differently to steel. If you need maximum toughness for heavy impacts, monitor wear closely; for responsiveness and efficiency, aluminium offers advantages.
Major setup changes are not usually required, but check for any new vibration or binding and confirm drive engagement. Small adjustments to throttle trim or gear mesh may be beneficial after testing.
