The APC AP16512W PROPELLER 16.5x12W WIDE BLADE (120 PATTERN) is an RC-scale replacement propeller chosen to modify thrust output and loading characteristics on electric model aircraft while leaving the motor hardware unchanged.

To fit, attach the prop with the correct hub adapter or spinner backplate, verify proper shaft engagement and torque the fixing hardware to specification, and check that the spinner and airframe have enough clearance. Do not force a mismatched hub bore; use an adapter if required.

From a tuning standpoint, the wide blade of the 120-pattern shifts load toward lower rpm ranges and may increase motor draw and ESC temperature. Always balance the prop, then run incremental ground tests while keeping an eye on current and thermal readings to determine the optimum setup.
