Does installation require disassembly of the steering knuckle?

You can usually replace the tie rod without full knuckle removal; support the arm and unthread the old link to install the new one.

Are spare screws available separately?

Stainless fasteners are common sizes; check local hobby shops for 3x10 and 3x8 round head screws if you need replacements.

How to check toe after fitting?

Measure wheel alignment at the front and rear of the wheel hub or use a toe gauge, then adjust the turnbuckles until toe is within preferred spec.
