1/16 MINI KRATON 3S Retainer for Chassis Tuning

This aftermarket retainer replaces the factory battery hold-down (ARA-2665) on 1/16 ARRMA MINI KRATON 3S models and is specifically designed for RC battery retention rather than any real vehicle application.

Crafted from 7075-T6 aluminium, the retainer gives a firmer mounting point than stock plastics and includes an adjustable strap to hold larger capacity batteries securely. Used with the supplied strap the retainer accepts battery cases 30mm thick and above, which makes it compatible with many high-capacity LiPo packs used for sprinting and bashing.

Fitment uses the included Grade 12.9 cap head screw for a direct replacement of the factory screw at the front and rear hold-down locations. By allowing repeatable placement the retainer aids small changes to battery location for tuning weight balance and handling response.
