Tuning Shock Damping with 700cSt Fluid

This 59ml bottle of silicone shock fluid is an accessory for model shock absorbers intended to alter damping characteristics. The 700cSt viscosity increases damping resistance and slows rebound relative to lighter oils, supporting tighter chassis control on high speed sections.

When refilling shock cartridges, remove the old fluid completely and refill to the level recommended by the shock maker. Pump the shaft repeatedly to expel air bubbles before sealing the cap. Inspect pistons and seals during the service to ensure consistent operation.

From a tuning perspective, 700cSt is useful for reducing pitch under braking and for taming roll in fast turns. Combine oil selection with spring choices and shock positions to fine tune balance and steering response for your RC setup.
