This aftermarket rear tyre set is supplied for the Associated RC 18T chassis as a matched pair with internal inserts. The standard radial profile is compatible with common 1/18 touring-buggy rear wheels and inserts.

Compound notes: the 40 degree designation describes a firmer rubber compound that favours wear resistance and straight-line stability over ultra-soft mechanical grip. These tyres suit practice sessions and tracks where a stable rear end helps lap consistency.

Fitment and setup: inserts are included to support tyre shape. Confirm the tyre bead sits evenly on the rim before gluing, trim any inner flashing so the insert seats flat, and check tyre balance as part of regular setup work.
