Aluminium 11-fin cooler for Associated RC18T

This is an RC-scale aluminium alloy motor heat sink designed for the Associated RC18T chassis, supplied as 1pc. The 11-fin profile enlarges the exposed surface area, helping to shed heat from 18T motors during short bursts and practice sessions.

Made from aluminium alloy, the part is intended as an aftermarket upgrade to aid temperature control on typical 18T motors used in the RC18T. It offers passive cooling without requiring motor or ESC modifications.

Fit note: confirm body shell clearance and nearby component spacing on your RC18T before final fitting, and ensure the heat sink locates correctly on the motor end without impacting spur or pinion alignment. This product is supplied as 1pc.

Does this affect gear mesh or pinion clearance?

When fitted correctly it should not affect gear mesh, but always verify pinion and spur clearance during installation to avoid contact.

Is this a permanent mod?

The heat sink is a bolt-on passive accessory and can be removed; it does not require soldering or changes to electronics.

Will it fit under stock bodies?
