Adjustable rear damper for EXO platforms

This rear adjustable spring damper is an RC-scale replacement suited to Axial Racing EXO models, supplied as 1pr and finished in alloy to resist chassis wear. It is built for rear suspension mounting on EXO-spec machines and enables straightforward spring preload tuning while keeping damping focused on controllable, progressive response.

Fitment is user friendly: remove the factory rear shocks, fit the alloy dampers into the same rear mounts, secure using the stock hardware and check for full travel clearance prior to the first run. Standard hex tools are sufficient for the job and no special equipment is required.

Tune by balancing spring preload with damping for the vehicle mass and chosen surface. Use small preload increments and short test runs to dial in squat, rebound timing and traction; even minor preload changes can significantly affect slow-speed handling and climb performance.

They are designed for rear EXO use but always double-check mount spacing and hardware fit; most installs are direct swaps using stock fasteners.
Begin with stock preload settings, run a controlled loop and adjust preload in small steps to correct squat and rebound until rear grip and balance meet your preference.
Yes. After rough use inspect mounting points, check for play in bushings and ensure hardware remains tight. Recheck preload after initial runs.
