This center CVD drive shaft is intended for AXIAL SCX10 III Jeep CJ-7 scale rigs and is offered as an aftermarket replacement by GPM. It uses 4140 carbon steel together with 6061-T6 alloy to strengthen critical areas while controlling overall weight for balanced handling.

The CVD rotary layout reduces driveline backlash and minimizes energy loss versus conventional dogbones, enabling a more efficient transfer of torque to the axles on rock and trail machines. The vendor lists a folded length of approximately 92mm and an extended length of approximately 106mm; it is specified for 5mm output shafts and replaces AXI-2063+AXIC1148.
