This medium carbon steel 13T worm gear set is a scale replacement built for AXIAL SCX24 models. It transfers drive through the front and rear gearboxes and is intended to interface with stock SCX24 axles to alter driveline geometry and increase ride height.
The gear and its matching worm screw change the engagement ratio at the differential, producing a modest lift in chassis clearance and a different axle-to-chassis relation. It is intended for model-level tuning where small clearance gains and altered rollover behaviour are desired without reworking core suspension parts.
Install in the designated front and rear gearbox locations for SCX24 models; verify the compatible models list before fitting and treat as a drivetrain component only.
