This is a scale replacement center gear box mount skid plate, CNC machined from solid brass for AXIAL SCX30 platform vehicles. The single 18g brass piece is intended to replace the factory item AXI-3311 and mounts at the chassis centre where the gearbox is located. It is intended for 1/30 scale RC crawlers only.

The plate's main role on the vehicle is to add mass at the chassis centerline, which can improve traction distribution and low-speed climbing stability on technical rock trails. The included hardware is chosen to fit standard thread sizes on SCX30 assemblies, enabling a direct swap with the original part locations.

Fitting instructions: remove the stock centre mount, align the brass plate with the existing screw bosses, and secure using the supplied round head screws. Use a correctly sized hex driver, hand-tighten to seat the screws, then finish with a careful snug to avoid stripping. Check for adequate clearance to suspension parts and driveline before operation.
