This GPM SCX6161/BE ball end set replaces the standard plastic ball ends on Axial SCX6 front steering links with anodised 6061 T6 aluminium components designed for tougher scale use and straightforward tuning. Matched clockwise and anticlockwise threads let you alter tie rod length without disassembling the linkage.

The kit contains two ball ends for the front steering tie rod and two for the steering servo rod, intended as direct swap-in items for the stock locations. Each end has a positioning hole to accept a tool for micro adjustments, helping you set toe and steering centring while keeping rod geometry unchanged.

Build notes: aluminium increases impact and wear resistance over plastic while keeping overall mass low for predictable handling. The dual-thread design simplifies steering throw adjustments and bump steer correction on 1/6 scale crawlers.
