This aluminium transmission servo mount is an aftermarket support piece made for Axial SCX6 chassis, supplied as a three piece set to reinforce the centre gearbox region. Machined from 6061 T6 aluminium, the components are a lighter yet stronger substitute for stock parts and help reduce flex while maintaining accurate servo alignment in two-speed configurations.
Suited to 1/6 scale 4WD SCX6 hobby rigs, the kit targets mechanical reinforcement rather than electrical modification. Installation removes the original servo plate and uses the supplied stainless steel fasteners; modest mechanical skills and common hex drivers are sufficient. The shape is trimmed for better clearance and a tidier layout around the gearbox.
