This aftermarket assembly replaces the stock tie rod and servo horn on Axial Racing Yeti chassis using a 24T spline servo output. The kit combines a spring steel anti-thread tie rod with an aluminium servo horn to limit thread wear at the ball ends and keep the steering linkage tight during frequent inputs.
For RC-scale applications only. The spring steel rod improves fatigue life over standard plated links, and the aluminium servo horn provides a more rigid interface to the 24T spline than many plastic alternatives. The combination helps the steering maintain geometry across repeated rock running or off-road sessions.
Fit notes: confirm spline seating on the servo before final torque, apply a suitable thread-retaining method on metal-to-metal connections if preferred, and set horn rotation and end points prior to locking link length. It functions as a direct replacement where the Yeti ball ends and mount points match.
