M4WD-01/BK 2mm spacer set for axle and roller clearance

The 2mm spacer set is a no-frills fitment part from 3Racing for use on Tamiya Mini 4WD platforms. These thin spacers slip between axle parts or under roller assemblies to tweak lateral clearance and help with alignment without altering the chassis. This copy is written for hobbyists who maintain or restore small 4WD cars.

Use cases include removing slight axle wobble, shifting roller position to clear bodywork, and establishing repeatable spacing when fitting replacement parts. As a basic spare, the spacers do not affect drivetrain ratios and are compatible with common Mini 4WD axles and rollers that accept separate spacer pieces.

Because tolerances and finish affect how the spacers fit, trial-fit them on the exact axle and roller type before relying on them in competition. Race organisers may have specific rules about added spacers, so verify legality for your class. The product is intended for maintenance and fitment tasks rather than outright performance conversion.

Excellent service, two of the items I purchased were out of stock but was given fair options on refund, store credit or replacement. I opted for replacement as there was a different version available and one of the items did arrive bent and they sent out
Slide a spacer onto the axle or pin to confirm it sits flush without wobble. Measure the bore if unsure and compare to the axle diameter.
A single 2mm spacer is unlikely to upset balance, but always recheck roll and alignment after fitting to ensure no binding or uneven loading.
You can stack spacers, but stacking increases tolerance stack-up. Test for secure fit and no interference before using in a race setting.
Yes. Surface finish and exact thickness affect seating and alignment. Replace any deformed or burr-marked spacers to keep consistent clearances.
Consult the event rulebook or organiser. Some classes restrict added spacers or require stock dimensions for certain components.
