Delrin collars for precise spacing

This aftermarket set includes eight Delrin collars designed for the HPI Racing BAJA BJ056 chassis and intended for RC-scale use only. Each collar acts as a spacer and locator on suspension arms and driveline shafts to help maintain correct alignment and limit lateral play during setup and maintenance.

Delrin provides low friction and solid wear resistance at small contact areas, which reduces binding where metal meets plastic. These collars are useful when adjusting drivetrain geometry, establishing bearing preload, or swapping out worn spacers in regular service routines.

Installation is simple: slide a collar onto the shaft to confirm axial location and fit, then tighten adjacent fasteners according to the chassis service procedure. Because assembly tolerances can vary, check moving clearances before final assembly and wheel-up testing. The kit ships with 8 pcs to cover multiple attachment points and spares for field repairs.
