The Yokomo YR-10O is an O-ring designed to fit the ball seat in YR-10F dampers and act as a replacement sealing element for RC shock units. Its purpose is to maintain oil at the ball-seat junction and reduce lateral play that can introduce variability in damping.

Installation is common shock-service practice: take off the cap and ball seat, remove debris, place the O-ring into the groove, then reassemble and operate the shock through its travel to ensure correct seating and no leakage.

For tuning, a reliable seal keeps oil levels stable and minimises minor ball-seat movement, which helps the damper respond consistently run after run. Replace worn rings during routine servicing to sustain rebound and damping performance.
