BD-7 tuning part: B7-202S1 bell crank

The Yokomo B7-202S1 steering bell crank is made to suit BD-7 chassis variants. The arm length is extended by 1mm compared with the standard BD-7 bell crank, which tweaks the initial steering leverage to give a sharper steering feel at turn-in.

Press-fit ball bearings sit in the support section to lower pivot friction and deliver steady steering feedback over multiple runs. Because the bearings are pressed into place at manufacture, the unit arrives ready for a direct swap with the original part.

Use this item when you want a compact tuning change to increase steering bite without changing tie-rod geometry or adjusting servo endpoints extensively.

This bell crank is a straightforward upgrade for BD-7 cars that tightens initial steering without complicating installation or setup.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Basic RC hand tools are sufficient for removal of the stock bell crank and fitting of the B7-202S1. If you need to service the press-fit bearings later, a bearing press or similar tool is recommended.
Press-fit bearings reduce pivot friction and generally lower the need for frequent pivot maintenance. Inspect bearings periodically for play and replace them if wear appears.
No major tie-rod length changes are normally required since the arm change is small. Confirm geometry after fitting and make minor tweaks only if you want a specific steering center or end-point feel.
Yes. The B7-202S1 is a subtle tuning item that works well for practice and race environments where a bit more initial steering response is desired without drastic setup changes.
