Tensioner details for front belt (BD7-2014)

This Yokomo B7-FBTSB front belt tensioner set is an RC-scale replacement part designed to reduce belt flapping on BD7-2014 based cars. It centralises the belt path control at the front of the chassis to make tension adjustments more repeatable during setup and tuning, and it is supplied with the bearings and fasteners needed for installation.

Installation is intended for hobby-level maintenance: remove the original tensioning point, fit the tensioner body to the specified mounting location, secure with the supplied screws, and verify belt alignment and tension under rotation. The component uses ball bearings to support the rotating section, which helps reduce unwanted belt motion without altering core drivetrain geometry.

Remark :

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
By centralising the belt path at the front, the Yokomo B7-FBTSB reduces unpredictable belt movement so tension settings remain more consistent lap to lap.
The kit contains two 3x6 mm ball bearings plus the button head 3x12 mm and flat 3x5 mm screws listed in the packing contents for immediate installation.
No major geometry changes are needed; after installation, verify belt tension and alignment and make small trim adjustments to maintain desired drive characteristics.
