Purpose-built BD9 fan mount

This aluminum cooling fan mount is made for the BD9 touring chassis family and creates a compact mounting point for a small cooling fan (fan sold separately). As an aftermarket accessory, it helps reduce component heat buildup during short test runs and tuning sessions.

Attachment is simple on BD9-style chassis: the mount uses the BD9 fan/mounting area and fastens to the chassis' existing screw positions, so small screws are required but not included. The plate accepts standard 30mm square fans and directs airflow toward electronics or the motor where it will be most effective.

Adding this mount can contribute to steadier temperatures during tuning, enabling more repeatable test data for motor and ESC without modifying core chassis geometry.
