Installation Notes for B-Max4 Steering Blocks

The Yokomo YOKBM415S is supplied as a front steering block compatible with the Yokomo B-Max4 touring chassis. It replaces the front upright assembly components, providing a serviceable option for worn or damaged steering joints.

Fitting is simple with like-for-like swaps: remove the existing upright, transfer any reusable bearings and screws, install the YOKBM415S into the hub carrier, and ensure the steering linkages move without binding. After refitting, confirm wheel alignment and that the steering recentres correctly.

Swapping the steering block can influence toe, caster and ackermann settings, so treat the change as part of a wider setup process. Always examine bearings and ball studs for wear when replacing an upright to maintain the intended geometry on your B-Max4.
