Booster Lead for Single Cylinder Engines

This booster cable set is supplied for single-cylinder glow (nitro) model engines and is used as the ignition lead during start-up and while adjusting engine settings. It ensures a consistent electrical route for ignition-related testing and tuning.

When installing, prioritise routing and protection: run the cable away from hot areas and moving parts, secure it firmly to the chassis or airframe to prevent abrasion, and ensure connectors are fully seated and insulated. Protect the cable from fuel and high heat to avoid deterioration of the insulation and contacts.

Use the lead to stabilise ignition delivery during idle and throttle tuning, and check all connections before each run. The component is intended as a spare or replacement for single-cylinder RC engines and is not suitable as a multi-cylinder lead kit.
