The Yokomo YOKSDBW kit supplies five 10g lead weights aimed at scale R/C tuning, allowing incremental changes to front-end mass. These weights help influence how the car enters a corner, how much front traction it carries, and overall balance without resorting to suspension or electronics changes.

Mounting is easy: affix weights to a bumper surface or stow them inside a cavity where space permits, using double-sided tape, thin foam tapes, or a suitable light adhesive safe for the bumper material. Handle lead with normal safety measures and confirm each piece is firmly attached before running.

Tuning effect: even small front ballast increases can change pitch and axle load, improving grip on low-traction surfaces or taming oversteer. Make minimal changes and test progressively to dial in the preferred behaviour.
