The KYOSHO H6004 spindle shaft functions as an aftermarket replacement for the Concept 60 spindle assembly. It reconnects the rotor head to the transmission, correcting misalignment and minimising play that can spoil rotor tracking.

Installation is straightforward during maintenance or repair: remove the rotor head and any retaining components, inspect bearings and gear faces for wear, fit the new spindle into the seating, confirm smooth rotation and correct axial play, then fasten securely and re-check blade tracking. Bearing condition and precise seating are important for proper operation.
