Graphite shim set for pivot mounts

The CY-34 graphite pivot mount shims are made for fine spacing adjustments at the pivot/mount junction on compatible Cyclone models. The pair of shim thicknesses, 0.5mm and 1mm, allows stepwise tuning of clearance and alignment to suit different track conditions.

Fitment is a simple workshop task: back off the pivot fasteners, place the selected shim between surfaces, then re-tighten to the correct torque. Keep the interface surfaces free of debris and avoid overtightening which can alter the shim thickness under load.

Tuning guidance: pick the 0.5mm shim for small corrections or to free up a binding joint; use the 1mm shim when a bigger offset is required to change suspension geometry slightly. The graphite material keeps added weight to a minimum while enabling controlled setup changes.
