This machined aluminum mount fits to the rear side of the suspension arm on DP-design platforms to alter rear toe geometry. Adjusting toe is a primary tuning method to influence corner entry and mid-corner characteristics.
The 2.5 Deg choice gives a measured toe change among the angle options. Increasing rear toe normally reduces rear bite at turn-in and moves balance toward understeer; decreasing toe usually increases rotation and can promote oversteer. Make incremental changes and re-evaluate on the same section of track to determine the outcome for your chassis.
Installation uses the stock rear suspension points along with the supplied shims and pin balls to secure the mount. Hardware is included so additional fasteners are not required, and the aluminum part maintains geometry under typical running conditions.
