Performance and Tuning Advantages

This aluminum solid axle suits RC on-road machines that require rear x1.8/2.0 sizing. It is compatible with DP-series chassis and features a protector at the universal tip to limit wear from aggressive driving.

Intended for higher-grip paved conditions where solid axle geometry benefits handling. It mounts using the vehicle's existing universal shafts and DP-series mounting points; ring gear must be purchased separately.

Will changing to this axle affect handling balance?

Switching to a solid axle in rear x1.8/2.0 size will alter rear traction characteristics and can make the car more predictable on high-grip surfaces; tune shocks and toe settings after fitment for best results.

What is provided in the package for fitment?

The kit includes a left and right axle half, one M2.6 x 15 cap screw, one flat washer M2.6, and four protectors as listed above to complete the axle assembly.

Do I need to buy a ring gear for tuning setups?

Yes. The ring gear is not included. Select a ring gear that matches your vehicle's gear tooth count to maintain the desired final drive ratio.
