The Yokomo ZC-A3660B kit supplies single-piece aluminum spacers as an alternative to stacking thin washers. Using a thicker single spacer improves repeatable positioning and increases component stiffness compared with layered shims.
The range includes 4mm, 5mm and 6mm spacer sizes, each delivered as eight pieces per pack. These spacers are aimed at small, precise spacing changes such as gearmesh adjustments, suspension pick-up spacing or axle/hub offsets on 1/10 touring and drift cars. Fitting is straightforward: replace the stacked thin shims at the mounting location with one spacer of the chosen thickness.
For setup, choose the spacer thickness that yields the desired clearance or preload, then confirm alignment and bearing freedom after final assembly. As aluminum components, these spacers offer better rigidity and predictable fit compared with paper or multiple thin metal shims.
